Guests arriving early on Wednesday are cordially invited to "Our Corner of Paradise", home of Sandy and Jim Zelm, and son Dan for a bar-be-que supper. Eleven years ago their friend designed and built a "gazabor (gazebo x arbor) for the yard. That same year they were married in it. Flowerbeds have strong family meaning, each signifying special life events. Zelm's yard includes many flowerbeds, patio, and fenced-in vegetable garden and fire pit. Their yard is a work in progress; soon the grass will be gone and their son who graduates soon will be relieved of mowing! Sandy already spends hours with her day care children teaching them the joy of lilies. Hospitality! A "Welcome to Wisconsin" program celebrates the state with a program Thursday following the dinner, "Wisconsin, Gathering of Waters". Patty and Jeff Henry will present their program using two slide projectors and one screen. The images are accompanied by audio and recorded instrumental music. Their photographs highllight the Upper Midwest and have been presented in quietly captivating slide shows to local and regional audiences. Accolades.
